About Us

Our Pawsitive Impact

At Fur A Good Paws, we're a licensed, small-scale, no-kill rescue dedicated to giving homeless, injured, or surrendered cats and kittens a second chance at life. We also welcome surrendered dogs and rescue pups from kill shelters. While state regulations require stray dogs to go through animal control, we step in to help with medical care in our community whenever we can.

How do I adopt a pet from Fur A Good Paws?

To adopt a pet, please fill out our adoption application. You can download it from our website, pick one up at the shelter, or request it via email or through our Facebook page. Once you've submitted the application, our team will review it and get back to you within five days. We'll then schedule a visit for you to meet your potential new family member!
